Ansel Adams #8

The last of the eight Ansel Adam's photos, this one I thought was a great way to end it. The tree alone, with a landscape of lava and new plants re-growing.

Ansel Adam's #7

This photo is one of my favorite photographs. The landscape holds the sand, followed by the ocean waves and the shadowy chairs viewing the side of the photograph. It has so much hidden meaning behind it to me and I love it.

Ansel Adam's #6

Just like the first photograph, it looks very much like the tree, only the rocks replace the tree followed by the vast ocean and the setting sun. It all seems so peaceful.

Ansel Adam's #5

The perspective of the long road of the bushes followed by the trees farther down, really makes the landscape photo smaller, but much longer.

Ansel Adam's #4

The bottom of the rocks, added with the water creates a beautiful landscape photo. The white water, including the top part of the grey water really brings out the sand, and the dark detail of the rocks.

Ansel Adam's #3

This picture I thought went well because it distinctly looks like a great landscape photo. With the addition of the detail of the bridge, looks amazing with the land.

Ansel Adam's #2

The second, it to me looks just like an outline of the rocky hills of the Seattle which Adam's took. The sun shining on the water really brought great lighting to the picture.

Ansel Adam's #1

The first of eight photo's. The reason I made this the first photo was because it looked just like one of Adam's famous photos of a tree in front of the bright light of a sun. Although it is not as big, I saw it as a tribute to Ansel for his great photographs.

Macro 6

The last macro picture. I believe it looks as if it is climbing up a rocky mountain. Or it is simply walking down a rocky road.

Macro 5

This picture shows macro as it sits on the bench. To me it looks like it is the same size of the person in the background, if not bigger.

Macro 4

The picture here looks as if it is defying gravity. The reason why I wanted to put it on its side is because it looks as if it is jumping off the edge of a building.

Macro 3

I put the toy next to the modernization of the monkey to the human being because it looks just like a monkey and could as well fit the part in the picture.

Macro 2

In the next photo, i put the toy next to a picture that i found could blend in well with if black and white. To me it looks as if it is part of the basketball team.

Macro 1

The first of 6 macro pictures. the one here is a toy looking at what a picture of a kid is looking at. Though at first it may look just like a rock, what the two are looking at is really a turtle.

8 Portrait Photos #8

My finaly Photo which Leah had to copy. What i like about this photo is that you cannot see her face but her hair and a single white bow.

8 Portrait Photos #7

The model trying to wink, is unable to completley open one eye while the other is closed. Though it may not be her best photo, it shows how nothing is perfect

8 Portrait Photos #6

One of the Final Photos of the models happy side. I never understood why she tilted her head to one side but it forces the viewer to look the the photo sideways to see her face centered.

8 Portrait Photos #5

Another photo of the models happy side. Looking away from the camera because of a conversation with a fellow friend. She cannot help but show a smile.

8 Portrait Photos #4

The fourth picture, this shows the sad side of the model. I wanted to get a picture of the model shoiwn sadness because though she may always look happy, I believe there may be a sad side to her as well.

8 Portrait Photos #3

The third photograph represents the models fun side. She holds up her hands showing a sign of peace. The contrast of the darkness of her hair to the white of the wall.

8 Portrait Photos #2

The second of the eight. The model wanted to show a smile because of her happy personality. The lighting shows a little bit of a dark side to her. But overall a happy person.

8 Portrait Photos #1

The first of the eight portrait photographs. My model was showing her angry side. She is holding the anger back, trying not to show a face that could be seen as scary or ugly. It was hard for her to even show an angry face because she is always a bright happy person.

Motion 4

The last motion picture. Her arms were rotating in a circle, making her arms to look like a blur but her body to stay in the same position

Motion 3

The third motion picture, the hands were moving but the body its self was not. I thought it was cool because only part of the body was in motion.

Motion 2

The second motion picture. What i liked about this picture was how the movement of the body makes it look like she isn't moving but at the last second she is.

Motion 1

This was the first motion picture taken. I moved the camera slightly to make it look like the building was moving when it was just the camera its self moving.

Light Painting 2

This was the other Light Painting. It was the same subject, but what really made it cool was the different colors that we could make the light. It was a different pose but it was just as cool.

Light Painting 1

What i liked about this light painting was when drawing the body of my subject,t he light surrounds it, though the subject is dark, the light brings out the body, showing where the head, legs and arms are.

Repition 4

The last and my favorite. This picture repeats the window and the wall that holds the window. I changed the colors to make it look different but it still in the end looked cool and worked.

Repitition 3

This is the third repitition pictures. it repeats the reflection of the window on the left to the window on the right. I really liked the colors of the sky and how it repeated itself with a brighter blue.

Repitition 2

The second, this is a picture of Sydney taking a picture of some wood, while she reflects in the window door to the left. It repeats herself which I found cool.

Repitition 1

The First of the repetitive pictures, this one reflects me taking a picture in a mirrored window. It repeats me twice which i thought was cool

Foreground/Background 4

The Last Foreground/Background, this picture I did something I don't usually do. Instead of a bright vibrant color, I made it a darker color which i though turned out quite well.

Foreground/Background 3

This Foreground/Background is my favorite one It mainly focuses on just this red, blurring the blue around the can. The colors are what I really like about this picture

Foreground/Background 2

The second Foreground/Background was something i liked. it focused on a certain sticker on this ipad that has a cool design with a color that stands out, right on top of the bright red i-pad cover

Foreground/Background 1

This is the first of my four foreground background. What I like about this picture is how the sun shines to create these circle of sunlight, focusing just on two circles.

Leading Lines 6

This is the last picture. The Zebra has the black and white lines, the body moving in a distance as if it would never end.

Leading Lines 5

The fifth picture, this painting has black lines all on it, trying to view it from a lower view looking up, and a small orange light, shining one line down the art.

Leading Lines 4

Like the Brick picture, the wood could be the opposite of wood, but so similar in the picture. The color and the lines are almost the exact same, showing that one line, with small lines above and below.

Leading Lines 3

T
The third, the door moves to the side, while the lights shine on the door making a bright white line

Leading Lines 2

The second, theses are the bricks found in the courtyard at Drew. I enjoyed the bricks and the one long line going straight forward

Leading Lines 1

This picture is the first of the six of leading lines. I found this in the art room of the lights and found a long leading line, going down as if forever.

Rule of Thirds #6

Like the 5th picture, Hao represents the Rule of Thirds

Rule of Thirds #5

Hao again represents the Rule of Thirds, this time his Body filling up1/3 of the picture

Rule of Thirds #4

Hao Represents the Rule of Thirds, his hat showing Rule of Thirds

Rule of Thirds #3

The Photo was taken from a birds eye view, the boy sitting on the bench, representing a Rule of Thirds

Rule of Thirds #2

The stairs express the Rule of Thirds Horizontally

Rule of Thirds #1

The wood through the window expresses the Rule of Thirds
